Our Requirement:
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to lead the established Professional Services Department at Christo & Co in Camden Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in lease advisory services, hold an MRICS qualification, and possess a strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant legislation.
Summary of Role:
This client-focused role involves developing and maintaining a robust network of internal and external contacts. Key responsibilities include:
Gathering evidence and preparing pre-negotiation and advisory reports.
Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders, and re-gears for landlords and tenants.
Preparing reports for third-party referrals and drafting heads of terms for lease renewals.
Collaborating closely with the property management and commercial agency teams.
The ideal candidate should have demonstrable experience in lease consultancy and a strong interest in advancing their career in this sector.
