Paul Stone of Christo & Co acting on behalf of the landlord Mastmead Ltd have completed the letting of this entire mid terraced   character studio/office building of 5,548sqft at a rent of £135,000pax to the famous Sean Scully-  Irish/American Artist.

He and his wife will be using the building as his Artists studio.
